Description

Part time position – Document Administrator 

Responsibilities:

Simbiosis Group of Companies

Prepare sales invoices via billing database system

Email sales invoices to clients

Send out sales invoices to clients and forward mails to clients

Follow up with clients on outstanding balances

Prepare and manage engagement letters

 

Simbiosis’s client

Update database on membership and receipts

Print membership documents and inform members upon approval of membership

Follow up with Treasurer to approve payments

Follow up with members on outstanding balances

 

Requirements:

Preferably Diploma or Degree in Business, or equivalent

Good writing skills with ability to interact well with internal departments and external clients

Self-motivated

Good learning attitude

Ability to work with new information technology

No experience is required
