Description

We are an accounting practice located at The Central (above Clarke Quay MRT).

Simbiosis Group provides services in the areas of accounting, financial reporting, tax, company incorporation, corporate secretarial, IT and database management as well as corporate support services.

Our Group provides extensive structured and on-the-job training in accounting, tax and corporate secretarial services.

We believe in creating a symbiotic relationship with our clients and our staff.

Responsibilities:

Simbiosis Group of Companies

  • Prepare sales invoices via billing database system
  • Email sales invoices to clients
  • Send out sales invoices to clients and forward mails to clients
  • Follow up with clients on outstanding balances
  • Prepare and manage engagement letters

Simbiosis’s client

  • Update database on membership and receipts
  • Print membership documents and inform members upon approval of membership
  • Follow up with Treasurer to approve payments
  • Follow up with members on outstanding balances

Requirements:

Preferably Diploma or Degree in Business, or equivalent

Good writing skills with ability to interact well with internal departments and external clients

Self-motivated

Good learning attitude

Ability to work with new information technology

No experience is required
