Description

We are an accounting practice located at The Central (above Clarke Quay MRT).

Simbiosis Group provides services in the areas of accounting, financial reporting, tax, company incorporation, corporate secretarial, IT and database management as well as corporate support services.

Our Group provides extensive structured and on-the-job training in accounting, tax and corporate secretarial services.

We believe in creating a symbiotic relationship with our clients and our staff.

Part time position – Membership Administrator

Responsibilities:

Maintain database of about 1,000 members

Process new membership applications

Liaise with association members and stakeholders on queries via telephone and email

Attend Council meetings and prepare minutes once every 6 weeks (between 6pm and 10pm)

Gather information for reporting to Registry of Societies

Attend Annual General Meeting of the association and assist with the logistics

Review internal controls and provide recommendations

Follow up on outstanding account receivables and payables

Prepare and issue invoices and receipts

Provide Council with monthly overview and suggestions

Requirements:

Preferably Diploma or Degree in Business, or equivalent

Good writing skills with ability to interact well with internal departments and external clients

Self-motivated

Good learning attitude

Ability to work with new information technology

No experience is required
