Training Management Executive

Job Scope

The Personnel shall perform the following job roles:

1) Project Management:

  • Establish clear expectations and deliverables with outsourced Project Managers, Content Developer & Programme Directors
  • Coordination of projects with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all projects are delivered on time and with the highest standards.
  • Creating and Maintenance of project workgroups in the CS CRM System.
  • To review & revise the CS CRM System project management process flow and communication to the training team.
  • To assist in the development and implementation of CS CRM System project process guide and communication work flow.
  • Develop and implement a systemic recruitment process to recruit trainers for CS projects.
  • To identify within the Training Teams potential candidates to handle the projects as Project Manager and Content Developer

 

Job Skills and Qualifications
The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, values, skills and experience:

  • A recognized Diploma or higher qualification in business management.
  • Only Singapore citizens and PRs may apply.
  • At least 1 year work experience.
  • Excellent social skills and essential life-skills for work.
  • Independent thinking and work ability.
  • Ability to develop plans, arrange work activities and use resources to achieve work operations and project objectives.
  • Ability to make suggestions or take quick action to resolve issues on own accord.

 

Career Progression

Successful candidate who has the right work ethics and meeting expectation can look forward to be trained and promoted to Training Manager or Senior Training Manager within 24 months.
