What Is The Opportunity? 

Intuitive Films is looking for an experienced and energetic Assistant Business Development Manager who is driven to influence positive change through creative video production. The right candidate must share our core values and believe in adding value through purposeful work.

1. You must have more than 3 years of experience working in key business development and account management roles. Working experience in a video, communication, media or advertising environment with a proven track record with B2B and government clients will give you a very big advantage.
2. Someone who is a fast-learner, a quick-thinker, self-motivated, goal-oriented and passionate about sales.
3. Someone with strong negotiation skills and excellent customer service.
4. Someone who is an effective communicator with excellent spoken and written English.
5. Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including mid and senior level decision-makers.
6. Someone with strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
7. Someone who is proficient in using CRM Software and savvy with tech including Hubspot and Google Workspace, plus tools for driving SEO, SEM, Google Ads and digital marketing.
8. Someone with an established and strong client network.
9. Someone who is a positive team player with firm commitment towards the delivery of high-quality work and is accountable for our collective success. 

What Will You Be Taking Charge Of?

• Actively seek out new prospects and opportunities through market research, networking and social media.

• Achieve revenue targets through value-based selling by working closely with the production and creative teams to develop and present pitches and proposals.

• Collect and analyse information and prepare data for regular sales reporting.

• Collaborate with our production and creative teams to ensure a high level of client satisfaction from pre-production to final delivery.

• Lead account management by growing client relationships with key accounts through maintaining regular contact; exploring specific needs; and anticipating new opportunities.

• Stay up to date with trends and industry to identify improvements and recommend new service offerings.

• Participate in the continuous development and execution of internal production systems, internal resources, best practices and marketing activities/material.
