Description

We are looking for a dedicated Corporate Secretarial Executive to join the Singapore team. This is a part-time role and work hours arrangements can be discussed.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide corporate secretarial services for Singapore entities
  • Manage a portfolio of international clients
  • Maintain and provide good quality of work and service to clients.
  • Advise clients and relationship manager on company secretarial and statutory compliance matters.
  • Liaise with client, relationship manager, legal, compliance, accounting team and company.
  • Administering and maintaining of statutory records and ensure compliance with Singapore laws.
  • Perform corporate secretarial duties: prepare resolutions and minutes, filing with authorities (ie. ACRA, IRAS), purchase of Business Profiles, Registers, etc.
  • Assist in application of Employment Passes / Dependants’ Passes.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma and above.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in Corporate Secretarial from certified public accounting practices, law firms or other trust / corporate service related practices.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Good organisational skills and able to work independently.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • A strong team player with proactive approach.
  • Detail-oriented and accurate.
  • Proficient in MS/Excel office applications.

Additional Info

Reports directly to Manager, Corporate Secretarial.

16-20 hours per week, to be spent in the office.
