  • Maintain database of about 1,000 members
  • Process new membership applications
  • Liaise with association members and stakeholders on queries via telephone and email
  • Attend Council meetings and prepare minutes once every 6 weeks
  • Gather information for reporting to Registry of Societies
  • Attend Annual General Meeting of the association and assist with the logistics
  • Review internal controls and provide recommendations
  • Follow up on outstanding account receivables and payables
  • Prepare and issue invoices and receipts
  • Provide Council with monthly overview and suggestions


  • Preferably Diploma or Degree in Business, or equivalent
  • Good writing skills with ability to interact well with internal departments and external client
  • Self-motivated
  • Good learning attitude
  • Ability to work with new information technology
