Membership and Marketing Executive Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Foster and maintain good relationship with customers/members to retain and protect our customer base against attrition.
  • Effective handling of all customers’ enquiries, feedbacks and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Accurate & timely maintenance of customers’ data via the CRM system.
  • Provide regular feedback to farmers on customers’ feedback and experience of our products and services.
  • Manage Social Media platforms
  • Source for content from farm Manager
  • Plan quarterly social media content in advance
  • Respond to members queries and comments via Whatsapp and social media
  • Proficient experience with email marketing software.
  • Performs day-to-day execution of CRM and email marketing activities to drive business growth; including list management and data pulls, set-up, testing, execution, reporting and optimization.
  • Responsible for the development, implementation, and reporting of CRM campaigns performance and overall effectiveness; including summarizing the key insights and offering recommendations
  • Attend the farm on a quarterly basis to understand farming process and get updates for social media content
  • Participate in Volunteer work on behalf of the company such as delivery of veg to the needy

  • Able to build and maintain open and trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
