As an Office Administrator, you will provide office administrative services to support the Procurement Unit. Your job responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:

  • Perform Government Electronic Business System (GeBIZ) related duties such as issuance of Purchase Orders, publication of tenders/quotations and processing awards etc.
  • Manage the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Bot to perform GeBIZ related duties. The Personnel may be expected to work with third-party vendors to troubleshoot errors or upgrades required for the RPA
  • Communicate on status of purchases, active monitoring and processing of purchase requests
  • Perform first cut review of bids received for tenders/quotations;
  • Perform administrative duties
  • Any other ad-hoc duties/projects as assigned by the Procurement Unit.

Key Skills And Requirements Needed:

  • Possess minimum diploma qualification in any discipline
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with RPA process or GeBIZ 2.0 is preferred but not mandatory
  • Has administrative experience, preferably in public sector procurement.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 0830hrs to 1800hrs (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
  • Onsite and/or work from home as required
  • Working location : Hill Street
