Description

Bailey Balfour runs training programmes for corporates and individuals in Singapore and the region. We are a small team, working closely together to achieve great results for our clients. We love what we do and we are looking for people who are passionate about delivering great results while enjoying doing it.

Role

  • Ownership of the operational pipeline of our training programmes
  • Own the scheduling of lessons and facilitators’ delivery times
  • Monitor student attendance across the programme – from enrolment to graduation
  • Own the communication with students during the programme
  • Manage the day-to-day delivery by facilitators
  • Monitor student progress during the various stages of the programme
  • Monitor students’ feedback and teachers’ evaluation in the programme
  • Monitor invoices and tuition fee payments 
  • Own the graduation process and the issuing of certificate
  • General administrative duties related to the running of the programme
  •  Reporting to the business manager

 

Requirements

  • Outstanding email and phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Proven interpersonal skills
  • Details oriented
  • Great at maintaining and processing information
  • Savvy web apps user, proficient in MS Office applications
  • Outstanding customer service skills and awareness
  • Enjoys working independently while happy being part of a team
  • High motivation to do a job well, driven to excel in what they do
  • Passionate about learning and development

 

Desired

  • Experience with managing educational programmes or events
  • Experience in liaising with students or clients
  • Degree is not a requirement
