Together, we’ve built the U.S.’s largest college counseling organization with over 50 highly trained counselors injecting guidance, perspective, and occasional cheerleading into the admissions process for the families who join our programs. Since 1999, we’ve helped over 10,000 A-students, C-students, and everyone in between find, apply to, and attend the right colleges for them.

Position Summary & Objectives
We’re looking for someone who is highly energetic, team-oriented, and driven to grow business and leave a mark on a very dynamic geography. As a member of the Sales team, the Sales Executive based in Singapore will play a significant role in driving and growing sales, as well as helping to target and reach goals set out for both the individual and the team. The Sales Executive plays an important role in driving leads/enquiry and conversion activities through all channels and delivering support services to convert leads into clients. The Sales Executive will report to the Director of College Counselling based in Singapore.

• Perform outreach events (including some weekend events) such as fairs or presentations to drive leads
• Manage and coordinate outreach events, and develop and maintain relationships with targeted community populations as well as companies/organizations
• Make outbound sales calls, respond to inquiries from leads, update and maintain records of leads, and track lead movement to the next stage in the sales pipeline
• Conduct introductory sales meetings with families, provide a high level of knowledge on Collegewise services
• Match families with counsellors, ensuring a high level of customer service
• Work closely with the Director of College Counselling, Counsellors, Sales team, and the CMO (based out of the US). You will also work closely and support the Global Head of Sales from A-Star-Education.

Position Requirements
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English, including presentation skills
• A proven track record of sales results
• An understanding of the international education industry or an ability to quickly learn the field
• Experience in building and managing internal and external relationships
• Experience working in a multicultural environment
• High level of attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• At least two years of relevant experience, preferably in education or consultative sales
• Fluency in English is a must, knowledge of an Asian language a bonus
