Job Description:
Maintenance of Store:
- Responsible for overall running of operations at the outlet
- Accountable for POS, closing balances
- Accountable to restore replenished stocks in outlet
- Create weekly duty rosters for crew
- Create cleaning schedule for various areas in the restaurant, ensure cleanliness and hygiene or of high standards
- Arranging for necessary equipment maintenance and repair work
Managing Staff:
- Responsible for the wellbeing of all staff working at the premises
- Effective communication skills
- Team leader and team worker
- Handle any disputes amongst staff
Handling customers:
- Guest-oriented and service-minded
- Able to identify regular customers
- Able to up-sell products to customers

COOKS/CHEFS

- Proven experience as cook or those who are keen to become a new chef in an established restaurant
- Looking for skilled cook to prepare everyday meals for restaurant outlets
- Creative and Enthusiastic to learn and excel
- Have the chance to create new dishes of your own
- Experience in other cuisines will be useful
- Ability to work in a team
- Apt in multi-tasking
- Experience in using various ingredients and cooking techniques
- The Cook is expected to prepare dishes inclusive of breakfast, lunch and dinner items.
- The Cook is to ensure the raw materials he/she gets is of good quality, if he/she deems it is not of good quality, to inform Store Manager and Manager immediately
- The Cook to prepare for the dishes in advance of his cooking time and to be punctual for order taking
- The cook is expected to clean up his area after
- To follow the instructions of the Chief Cook and Restaurant Manager meticulously.
